Principles
A small set of principles governs how Corthex Capital conducts research and how it communicates. They are constraints, not promises.
- Risk first. Risk is considered before exposure. See the Corthex Capital risk framework.
- No forced trades. Activity is not an objective in itself; the firm acts only when its research supports it.
- Liquidity matters. The firm pays close attention to where liquidity exists and where it withdraws.
- Narratives are studied, not worshipped. Market stories are examined as evidence, not adopted as belief.
- No return promises. Corthex Capital makes no performance claims and does not promise returns.
- Research before exposure. Every view begins with research.
- Disclosures before promotion. The firm leads with disclosures rather than marketing.
These principles are reflected in the firm's strategy and in the founder statement.
